NOYO HARBOR REVITALIZATION PROJECT

Our goal is to promote economic empowerment and sustainable growth within Fort Bragg’s Noyo Harbor District community by raising awareness about locally sourced seafood. We aim to achieve this through expanding markets, enhancing skill development, and improving infrastructure for commercial and recreational fishing. Recognizing the importance of intergenerational knowledge transfer in the fishing industry, we seek to blend traditional wisdom with modern ocean research insights. By ensuring the longevity of this crucial sector, we strive to attract and support the next generation of local fisheries, processors, and distributors, contributing to the prosperity and resilience of our community.
